This class works hard. Designed to give you results within 6 weeks, this class utilizes small equipment and a mix of cardio and weights to tone and strengthen. Marine Veteran Keith Monge will get you in shape, and show you exercises you can do on your own to keep you that way. Beginners and experienced welcome.
